This documentary discusses the most important of prehistoric animals who have emerged after the extinction of the dinosaur. It is a six part documentary starting from the first animals 49 million years ago, up to the more recent animals 30,000 years ago. Each part discusses the animals from a certain period. Like its predecessor, Walking with Dinosaurs, it recreates life by using a combination of both computer-generated imagery and animatronics.
